Staff Nurse (RGN) 22 per hour Full-Time Day or Night Shifts

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered General Nurse who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults. Working alongside a compassionate and experienced team youll help provide safe dignified and person-centred care within a warm and respectful environment.

What Were Looking For

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin
  • At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in a nursing setting
  • Experience supporting older adults ideally in a dementia or care home environment
  • A compassionate and respectful approach to care
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Reliable proactive and committed to delivering the highest standards of care

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans
  • Administer medications and monitor clinical needs in line with NMC standards
  • Support residents physical emotional and psychological wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with care assistants and other professionals to ensure consistent care
  • Maintain accurate care documentation and contribute to regular care plan reviews
  • Promote dignity choice and independence in all aspects of care
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the care team on shift
