Passionate about leadership, focused on building high-performing teams, and equally comfortable being hands-on or thinking and influencing strategically, you will have direct responsibility for Production, Continuous Improvement and Operations Training teams.
You will create a supportive and engaging environment that sets the standards and drives performance to achieve targets across our 24 / 7, 4-shift operations.
