Job Description

As a Fitter / Deburrer at Flexibles Glenrothes, you will be responsible for preparing precision machined components to world-class standards, ready for customer delivery. Your role will involve de-burring, polishing, dressing, cleaning, assembling, and packaging components for subsea and bespoke applications. With a customer service mindset, you will support efficient workspace management and component completion through technical services.

You will manage your own productivity output, operating designated tools safely while adhering to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards. This role requires interpreting engineering drawings, maintaining quality, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
