Our client – a leading name in the pharmaceutical sector – is embarking on a major warehouse automation project and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join on a contract basis.

The project involves the implementation of AutoStore, a cutting-edge robotic storage and retrieval system. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the transformation of one of their key warehouses, helping drive efficiency and innovation in their supply chain operations.

Key Requirements :

Proven experience delivering automation / robotics projects within the supply chain / logistics sector
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and integration with automation technologies
Hands-on experience with AutoStore or similar robotics systems highly desirable
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Engineering)
Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination experience
Immediate availability required

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the planning and execution of a warehouse automation project from end to end

Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders

Ensure seamless integration between WMS and AutoStore technologies

Manage timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful deployment

Support operational change and user adoption post-implementation
