Customer Service Advisor (B2B) - Salford Quays

Manchester (hybrid)- 2 / 3 days a week in the Office

Full-time, Mon - Fri

Nobul are recruiting for a reputable, long-esablished global market-leader, helping to expand their B2B Client Advisor team. Rest assured, this is an exclusively customer service role with comprehensive training, NO SALES involved.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and web chat
• Being first point of contact for business customers
• Responding to customers in a timely manor
• Answering, investigating and resolving queries and complaints
• Record interractions on systems
• Delivering outstanding customer service, upholding the company's preceeding reputation
