Be Caring is recruiting 10 full-time Care Workers (Drivers only)

  • 7x Female Drivers
  • 3x Male Drivers

Covering areas across S20 (Halfway Mosborough Westfield Waterthorpe Owlthorpe Beighton Sothall) and S12 (Hackenthorpe Birley Frechville)

  • We pay fairly for your time : No pay-per-call here! Youre paid for the full shift from the first call to the last.
  • 12.75 / hr (Drivers)
  • 45p per mile for drivers

    • Working Hours

    Your working hours will be aligned with our shift patterns which include early starts late evenings and weekend working :

  • Early shift : 7 : 00am - 3 : 00pm
  • Late shift : 4 : 00pm - 10 : 00pm

    • Well agree your working pattern together setting a 2 week rota which includes :

  • Alternate full weekends
  • Every Saturday or every Sunday
  • Agreed evening availability

    • What Youll Be Doing

    Youll support people in your local community to :

  • Live independently and confidently
  • Stay connected with others
  • Achieve meaningful personal outcomes
  • Stay safe respected and well-cared for

    • Whether its helping with medication preparing meals assisting with personal care or being a friendly face youll be making a real difference every single day.

    No Experience No Problem.

    Whether your brand new to care or returning after caring for someone close to you we provide comprehensive training :

  • 1 week classroom-based induction
  • 2 days shadowing with experienced colleagues
  • Ongoing online learning modules

    • Youll also gain training in :

  • Mental health and capacity (Oliver McGowan Tier 1)
  • Moving and positioning
  • Medication and nutrition
  • Dignity respect and professional boundaries
