Job descriptionExperience in the commodity trading sector (oil, gas, metals, ags, etc.) Background in risk, compliance, audit, or reporting Strong stakeholder and communication skills A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and enhance operational risk frameworks
- Investigate incidents and identify control gaps
- Support & deputise for the Operational Risk Manager
- Lead Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and ERM initiatives
- Work with IT to align system development with control frameworks
- Maintain and improve risk infrastructure and documentation
- Prepare and present internal risk reports
