Salary : £34,000-£37,000 basic salary + private sector benefits

Are you a Commercial Building Surveyor seeking a technical role, focused in delivering professional services within a wide range of sectors? Seeking a role within a well-established people centric business?

I am seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to be a key player a North West Commercial Building Surveying team apart of a national well known property muti-disciplinary.

The Role

This is an all-encompassing building surveying opportunity. If you are looking to develop your skills across all areas of building surveying (not just project management) this is an excellent opportunity. Main duties of the role include :

What We’re Looking For

You hold a relevant degree (it must be RICS accredited) and ideally have started working towards making an APC submission to the RICS. You’re forward-thinking, well-versed in the latest industry developments, and keen to maintain high professional standards. My client are looking for an effective communicator with the ability to build strong client connections.
