You’ll be supported by our General Manager, Monse, and can view shifts and build your rota online to suit your lifestyle. We have shifts available daily across over 220 pubs. What we look for in a Chef De Partie :

We seek an experienced Chef De Partie or a talented Commis Chef eager to take the next step, with a passion for producing quality, fresh food in a welcoming environment. As a Chef De Partie, you will :

Champion excellent service through quality food

Demonstrate a passion for delivering fantastic food every time

Be willing to learn new skills, and be an active team player with excellent communication skills

Work alongside your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and specials

Show strong planning and organisational skills to maintain control over GP and labour

Proactively drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams
