The Role : eCommerce & Performance Marketing Lead

This is a pivotal leadership position within the business, responsible for scaling the brand’s global D2C presence through best-in-class digital trading, paid media and data-led CRM strategies. Sitting within the wider commercial team and reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead the digital performance agenda across multiple international markets, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, retention and revenue optimisation.

You will own the eCommerce P&L, lead a small but high-impact team and collaborate with internal stakeholders across creative, brand, product and logistics to ensure an exceptional customer experience and sustained growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and lead the eCommerce and performance marketing strategy across global D2C channels.
  • Take full ownership of the trading calendar, campaign execution, site optimisation and conversion.
  • Build and scale paid media channels (Meta, Google, Affiliates, Influencers) to drive traffic and customer acquisition at an efficient CPA.
  • Oversee CRM and lifecycle marketing, working with segmentation and personalisation strategies to improve retention and LTV.
  • Drive CRO and UX testing to continually enhance site performance and user experience.
  • Monitor digital KPIs daily, providing actionable insight to inform investment, targeting and creative optimisation.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, merchandising, and creative teams to deliver timely, relevant, and performance-led digital campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor a growing team across digital marketing and eCommerce trading functions.

Skills & Experience Required :

  • Proven experience in a senior digital marketing or eCommerce leadership role within beauty, fashion, or consumer lifestyle brands.
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing channels and hands-on experience scaling D2C revenue.
  • Data-led decision maker with strong understanding of analytics, customer segmentation, attribution, and retention strategies.
  • Commercially minded with ownership of digital P&L and experience in planning and executing multi-market campaigns.
  • Confident with platforms such as Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics (GA4), as well as paid media tools.
  • A natural leader and team builder-someone who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments.
