Responsibilities of the Commercial Contracts Lawyer will include :

Our client is seeking a Commercial Contracts Lawyer, with prior experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on contract and procurement matters. Day to day responsibilities may include;

• Holding full conduct of a varied caseload, which may include matters such as company law, subsidy control, NEC's and JCT contracts, service agreements and general contract queries
• Supervising more junior members of staff
• Deputising for the Principal Solicitor, where necessary
