Solicitor

You’ll be joining a specialist legal team that acts for housing associations and managing agents across the UK. The focus is on pre-litigation advice and dispute resolution, including service charges, building safety, rent reviews, and lease covenants.

The work is fully remote, and you'll be managing your caseload with support from experienced colleagues when needed.

What you’ll be doing :

• Handling residential and mixed-use property disputes from start to finish
• Advising clients on legal issues before they escalate
• Running possession claims and service charge disputes through the courts and tribunals
• Drafting applications and liaising with counsel where appropriate

This would suit someone with 3–5 years’ PQE in landlord and tenant law or housing litigation.
