Enable individuals to access local groups, activities, and develop friendships and community connections

Build strong professional relationships with families, colleagues, and external partners

Support with daily tasks including personal care , domestic responsibilities, and community-based activities

Safeguard the people you support by following best practice in medication, finance, and risk management

Be an advocate, keyworker, and a consistent presence in someone's life
