Our client seeks a diligent Asbestos Surveyor in the South East of England. The company has a strong regional presence; proximity to the M25 is advantageous. Responsibilities include conducting management, refurbishment, and demolition asbestos surveys in line with industry standards, and providing technical advice to clients. The firm prides itself on excellent service and offers competitive salaries and benefits.

Qualifications & Experience

  • BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent qualification
  • Experience in management, refurbishment, and demolition asbestos surveys
  • Knowledge of HSG 264 and UKAS guidelines
  • Attention to detail
  • IT literacy
  • Professional attitude and work ethic

    • Role Responsibilities

  • Performing comprehensive asbestos surveys, including re-inspections
  • Preparing detailed survey reports
  • Sampling suspected ACMs safely
  • Adhering to deadlines and compliance standards
  • Engaging with clients on-site to clarify requirements and report findings
  • Building strong client relationships
