Key Responsibilities
Conduct NPORS training for plant and machinery, ensuring participants acquire the necessary skills and knowledge.Manage a cohort of learners, carrying out assessments and evaluations of their knowledge, skills and behaviours, ensuring they are at the required standards for industry and meeting external awarding organisation (sqa) requirements.Assess and evaluate trainees' performance, providing constructive feedback for improvement.Collaborate with the training team to continuously enhance the quality of our programmes.Conduct yearly Plant Operator Assessments.Keep abreast of industry developments and incorporate best practices into training programmes.Maintaining a safe workplace without risk to health.Travel to sites across the central belt will be required.Qualifications / Skills Required
Qualified SVQ Assessor - Certificate in Assessing Vocational AchievementInstructor Award - NPORS (Preferable) or CPCS.Plant Operations - Various Categories Required.Proven experience as a Plant Trainer / Instructor.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Effective delivery of Training & Toolbox Talks.First Aid Assessor (Preferable).Full UK Driving Licence.J-18808-Ljbffr
