Job Purpose :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Service Management developer to join our Service Management team. The position holder will play a critical role in developing, automating, and maintaining tools and systems that provision, monitor, manage, and optimise the service infrastructure including our Network Operations Center (NOC) Our ideal candidate will have experience in network technologies, software development, and automation processes to ensure seamless network operations and proactive issue resolution.

Responsibilities & what you will do :

• Automate & Innovate : Design, develop, and maintain automated scripts, tools, and applications for network monitoring, alerting, and issue resolution. Enhance existing systems and integrate them for a unified network view.
• Troubleshoot & Optimize : Dive deep into network performance, logs, and error reports to resolve issues, identify bottlenecks, and drive performance improvements. Collaborate with network engineers and system administrators to ensure optimal reliability.
• Integrate & Visualize : Build and maintain integrations with platforms like Grafana, ensuring real-time data flow and actionable insights through dynamic dashboards and reporting systems.
• Empower Customers : Design and develop robust APIs and interfaces, enabling customers to visualize and control their services directly.
• Analyse & Predict : Gather, process, and analyse network data to uncover trends, potential vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement. Implement data analytics tools to proactively address network issues.
• Respond & Document : Participate in incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and maintain detailed logs of network events and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate & Grow : Work alongside cross-functional teams to optimize infrastructure and stay ahead of industry trends, contributing to continuous process improvement
