We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Payroll Officer to join our dynamic team in a global FMCG manufacturing business. This junior role is ideal for someone with a passion for HR and payroll administration, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Processing end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK regulations.
• Assisting with HR administration, including employee records, contracts, and onboarding.
• Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handling payroll queries and liaising with finance for payroll reconciliation.
• Assisting with benefits administration and maintaining HR systems.
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
