Key Responsibilities

• Business Operations : Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination of procurement, inventory management, distribution, and sales to drive efficiency and meet business goals
• Procurement & Logistics : Manage sourcing of coffee, equipment, and merchandise, navigating complex import processes and supply chains to ensure consistent stock availability
• Client Relations : Cultivate strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and retail clients, delivering exceptional service to maintain trust and loyalty
• Sales & Marketing : Drive wholesale and retail sales of coffee, machines, and merchandise, developing strategies to grow market share in hospitality and consumer sectors
• Team Leadership : Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Financial Oversight : Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance, collaborating with external professionals to ensure fiscal health (no accounting qualifications required)
• Inventory Management : Manage stock levels, warehousing, and distribution logistics, optimizing processes to minimize waste and delays
• Equipment & Merchandise : Oversee the sourcing, sales, and maintenance of coffee machines and branded merchandise, ensuring quality and availability

Candidate Profile

We're seeking a hands-on leader with experience in operations, sales, and team management, ideally in the food and beverage or wholesale distribution industry. You'll need excellent organizational skills, resilience to handle unpredictable supply chain dynamics, and a passion for premium products and customer service.
