Our client is looking for a quantity surveyor to work on high-profile projects including major new build industrial plants. you’ll manage project costs and contractual relationships from mobilisation through to final accounts. You’ll also mentor juniors and play a key role in shaping project success aligned with client goals. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage procurement, subcontract valuations, cost reporting, and final accounts preparation
• Review designs for cost implications and identify value engineering opportunities
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the project team
