The Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Poultry Stockperson to join a well-established and respected farming business in Staffordshire. This role involves the full range of stock duties on a free-range chicken farm, including :

• Rearing table poultry from day-old chicks to depopulation
• Conducting daily stock checks to ensure health and welfare
• Maintaining environment and hygiene standards (bedding, feeding, shed cleaning / prep)
• Driving and operating farm machinery
• Participating in a weekend and catching rota (approx. 50 hours / week)

This is a practical, hands-on role for someone committed to animal care and farming excellence.
