Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Waterproofing Technician. The Waterproofing Technician will be responsible for installing and maintaining waterproofing systems, ensuring projects meet industry standards. Additional tasks include documenting work processes, collaborating with other team members, and effectively communicating with clients.

Our office is Bath based but location of works will vary.

Qualifications

• Experience in installing and maintaining waterproofing systems
• Knowledge of damp proofing and timber treatment techniques
• Ability to conduct detailed site assessments and document findings
• Strong communication skills for client interactions
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or training in waterproofing and building preservation
• Previous experience in the construction or building preservation industry
• Physical capability to perform tasks in various work environments
