Technical Support Engineer – Electrical Motors 📍 Brighouse | 💰 Competitive Salary (DOE) 🕒 Monday to Friday – Days ⚙️ CAD Systems | Electrical Motors | Customer & Engineering Support Are you a technically minded engineer with CAD experience and a passion for solving problems? We’re working with a specialist manufacturer of electrical motors, based in Brighouse, who are looking to bring a Technical Support Engineer into their growing team. This is a key role supporting both internal teams and external customers with technical queries, design input, and application support. The Role :

• Providing technical support to customers and internal departments on product selection, application, and installation.
• Working closely with the design team using CAD systems to interpret and amend drawings and specifications.
• Supporting fault diagnosis, performance issues, and custom product adaptations.
• Preparing documentation and liaising with production to ensure design integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and product development efforts. About You :
• Experience in a technical support, applications engineering or design role.
• Proficient in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Knowledge or experience of AC motors or rotating electrical equipment is highly beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as part of a close-knit engineering team. What’s on Offer :
