Temporary Part-Time Opportunity – Quality and Compliance Lead

Bowfell House is a family-owned and operated residential care home in Trafford. Rated Outstanding by the CQC, we pride ourselves on maintaining exceptionally high standards across all areas of the home. We are now seeking an equally outstanding individual to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.

We’re looking for someone with either quality and compliance experience or senior-level experience within the health and social care sector.

• Duration : 6 months (maternity cover)
• Days : Ideally Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, though there is some flexibility
• Start date : Mid-August (flexible for the right candidate)
