You will be the vital link between the clients engineering teams and property stakeholders, securing the necessary consents and agreements to keep their network build on track.In this field-based role, you'll engage with private landowners, property managers, and local authorities to negotiate and secure wayleave agreements that align with project timelines.Your expertise will ensure smooth progression through often complex land ownership and access considerations.Your duties :

• Collaborate with design and legal teams to carry out desktop audits of pre-build areas, identifying landownership and assessing potential risks to project timelines.
• Conduct on-site visits to evaluate property access and communicate the benefits and logistics of overhead lines and substations to stakeholders.
• Secure wayleave agreements by engaging with homeowners, landlords, managing agents, and landowners, negotiating favourable terms for the business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all wayleave activity using internal systems and tools.
