LEVEL 9 (£48,021 -£52,078) | FULL TIME | PERMANENT

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Property Services (Operations) Team as a Building Services Engineer.

As the Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical systems & passenger lifts within the property portfolio. You will need to have a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and possess relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.
