Location : Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

Salary : £13.20 £15.40 per hour (DOE) - Paid Weekly.

Schedule : 4 on, 4 off Day Shifts (5 : 45 am - 6 : 15 pm)

Were looking for a skilled and motivated Production Line Leader to join our fresh produce manufacturing team in Peterborough. If you have a background in food production, manufacturing, or packing , and experience in leading teams in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of Production and Machine Operatives across high-speed packing lines (citrus, grapes, loose fruit).
• Maintain high standards in health & safety, food hygiene, and product quality.
• Work alongside Quality Control to ensure product freshness and compliance.
