Senior Quantity Surveyor – Passive Fire Protection 📍 Location : Office-based (London Borough of Bexley, SE London)

Salary : £60,000 – £75,000 per annum DOE + benefits

Your Responsibilities

• Lead full commercial management of multiple passive fire projects
• Prepare and manage cost plans, valuations, final accounts, and monthly CVR reports
• Negotiate contracts with subbies and suppliers; manage variations and enforce risk controls
• Ensure compliance under JCT / NEC frameworks & support tendering and pricing strategy
• Chair commercial project meetings; advise senior stakeholders and clients
• Mentor junior QSs and drive commercial excellence across the team
