Job description

Join AXA Partners as a Generative AI Solutions Tech Lead within our Data & Innovation Office, where you will play a crucial role in leveraging cutting-edge technologies to create value for our business. Located in Spain, you will oversee the technical leadership of Generative AI initiatives across AXA Partners worldwide, ensuring alignment with our architecture, security, and quality standards. What you’ll be doing :

As the Generative AI Solutions Tech Lead, your key responsibilities will include :

  • Defining and implementing best practices and methodologies for developing Generative AI solutions, including templates and checklists.
  • Developing and executing a scaling strategy for Generative AI initiatives to maximize their impact across the organization.
  • Conducting proof of concepts (PoCs) and investigating new integration patterns to enhance AI capabilities.
  • Managing procurement relationships with technology providers and contributing to budget discussions.
  • Collaborating with Security, Architecture, and Data Protection Officers (DPO) to ensure compliance and ownership of Generative AI solutions.
  • Supporting delivery activities by providing timelines, budgets, and the necessary resources for successful implementation.
  • Establishing and overseeing maintenance activities for Generative AI solutions to ensure their ongoing effectiveness.

What you’ll bring :

To excel in this role, you will need :

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in IT, with a focus on AI solutions, particularly Generative AI.
  • Strong knowledge of Generative AI technologies and platforms, including RAG, Guardrails, and Azure AI components.
  • In-depth understanding of market trends in Generative AI, especially related to Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
  • Solid knowledge of IT architecture, security, data privacy, and adherence to quality standards and frameworks such as ITIL, TOGAF, ISO, and GDPR.
  • Proven project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in French is a plus.
