Location : Normanton, West Yorkshire

Salary : Up to £58,000 + 8% bonus

Hybrid role : 3 days per week in the office

Reports to : Senior Manager, Operations & Supply Chain Finance

Direct Reports : 1 Assistant Management Accountant

Cedar is recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing group for a Senior Finance Analyst to join their Operational Finance team based in Normanton. This is a high-impact role, responsible for delivering insightful analysis, supporting business performance, and leading a junior team member.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce monthly reporting packs with KPIs and detailed commentary on performance drivers
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes; take ownership of key areas
• Partner with operations to challenge assumptions and improve cost control
• Develop financial models to support strategic decisions, including CAPEX cases
• Maintain integrity of reporting data through regular review and robust controls
• Manage and develop an Assistant Management Accountant
