ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a telesales-driven role, ideal for a motivated and confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment. You’ll play a crucial part in driving the company’s growth by generating qualified leads, booking meetings for the external sales team, and nurturing potential clients across a variety of sectors.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Making outbound calls to prospective commercial clients
  • Qualifying leads and booking appointments for senior business developers
  • Following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting activity
  • Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation efforts

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in telesales or phone-based B2B sales (ideally within construction, interiors, or similar sectors)
  • Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with ease
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and following up leads systematically
