Job description

Due to an exciting new contract win, we are currently looking for an Electricianto join our newly launching Responsebusiness based in the Coventry area.

The Electrician role :

  • Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance work within a social housing domestic setting, with occasional electrical testing requirements
  • You will be working towards weekly productivity targets, attending to emergency, reactive, and routine repairs
  • A friendly approachable individual is a must, someone who can relate and interact with tenants in a professional and friendly manner.

    • What will you bring as an Electrician?

  • Qualified to an NVQ level 3 as an Electrician, or similar professional body (e.g., City & Guilds), with 18th Edition certificate and AM2
  • Test and Inspect qualification desirable
  • Previous experience working within domestic propertieswould be ideal
  • Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Electrician role, with use of a company van.
  • Emergency call out expected, on a rota basis.
