Are you an experienced Civils Design Manager seeking a role that allows you to balance technical involvement with team development? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-regarded civil engineering contractor with a strong and growing presence in the renewables sector. The Role This is a dual-focused position that combines technical design delivery with team leadership. You’ll play a pivotal role in producing high-quality design outputs while also building and mentoring a dedicated in-house design team. Collaborating closely with clients, project teams, and external consultants, you’ll help deliver efficient, innovative, and buildable solutions across a broad range of civil and infrastructure projects.
