Title : Account Executive

Location : London (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

Salary & Package : £60k-75k + 50% + uncapped

Industry : HrTech

Job Summary

  • Fast-growing, mission-led business
  • Responsible for driving new business with Mid Market / Enterprise companies across the UK
  • Selling to : Mid Market (1000-5000 employees) or Enterprise (5000+ employees)
  • Selling to : All industries
  • SDR / Marketing support
  • First AEs, opportunity to grow the space

Experienced Required

  • 2y+ 360 AE experience
  • 2+ years proven track record of exceeding targets in an outbound focused closing role
  • SDR experience advantageous
  • Experience selling to HR teams
  • Experience selling to Mid Market and / or Enterprise companies
  • Experience of complex, long sales cycles, involving multiple stakeholders
  • Consultative sales experience
