An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to join our pupil supervision team.

This role requires you to be flexible, adaptable and be able to show compassion and empathy whilst remaining assertive.

You will :

• Supervise pupils during lunch periods to ensure a safe environment at all times.
• Ensure all misbehaviour is reported using academy procedures and that no misbehaviour goes unchallenged.
• Support the academy in ensuring the safety and welfare of all pupils.
