Band 5 Community Registered General Nurse

Exciting Opportunity for a Band 5 Community Registered General Nurse in Telford, UK. We are seeking an experienced RGN to join our community team earning £21.00 per hour on weekdays via Umbrella / LTD. This role is full time, Monday to Friday from 08 : 00 to 18 : 00 , starting ASAP until 24th April 2025, with a high likelihood of extension. What You Will Do :

Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients in the community setting, employing your strong clinical skills and judgement.

Implement care plans involving compression bandaging and Doppler assessments to ensure effective patient management.

Provide PICC line care and administer flushes, always ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Operate syringe drivers and manage basic wound care independently and effectively.

Carry out Digital Rectal Examination (DRE) and provide bowel care to maintain patient health and comfort.

Manage the insertion and care of female / male and suprapubic catheters.

Administer insulin, and other subcutaneous and intramuscular injections with precision and care.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and superior outcomes.
