Job Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes within the FMCG sector.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial statements.
• Work closely with internal teams to streamline financial processes.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accountant should have :

• Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is advantageous but not essential.
• A proactive approach to improving processes and systems.

• Competitive salary in the range of £31,500 to £38,500 per annum.
