The shift pattern for this post is 4 days over 7 including weekends and public holidays. It will also include late shifts. 7.5 hour shifts between 08.30hrs and 21.30hrs.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced registered nurse who already holds a first level adult nursing degree to join our team as a community band 5 staff nurse.
Applicants to the post require to have significant nursing experience and demonstrable leadership and communication skills and evidence on continuing development. They must be passionate about a career in community services and be motivated to work autonomously within a dynamic environment as part of the wider HSCP. As a community staff nurse you will work within the Primary health Care team and under the direction and supervision of the District Nurse will assess and deliver an agreed plan of care to individuals within a community setting. A clean current driving licence is required.
