Within the Chief Information Security Office division (CISO), the CISO Portfolio Management team is seeking a highly motivated and content oriented Senior Project Management Officer to join our dynamic team.
As a PMO Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the transformational change within the CISO division and ensure delivery of security capabilities. In this role you will report to the Portfolio Management Office (PMO).
Mission
- Monitor execution of the CISO programme & epics. Evaluate the ability to deliver in line with commitments.
- Collaborate with Tribes to deliver the roadmap and support them in triggering remediation actions when required.
- Report on portfolio status in a fully transparent way.
- Ensure that budget consumption remain within the authorised limits.
- Drive the management by value of the portfolio.
- Be the guardian of portfolio quality including adherence to methodology and governance principles.
- Manage portfolio-level risks, issues and dependencies.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the portfolio strategy and delivery plan.
Your activities
Follow-up on delivery plans / monitor execution / gather progress updatesEnsure programmes and projects driven by CISO follow Euroclear’s project methodology, that they produce all artefacts with the right quality and that they adhere to governanceAnalyse financials based on information available in Euroclear systems (incl. resource booking, alignment with baselines)Identify potential challenges in execution arising from capacity planning (demand / supply)Facilitate the intake of new initiativesReview stage gate deliverables and assess readiness to pass the gate (content & process)Review value cardsEnsure that benefits / disbenefits are identified and formally recordedKeep track of various logs (risks, issues, changes)Oversee and manage project / program inter-dependenciesManage the Portfolio SharePoint site / the documentation libraryAdvise managers and teams on the best use of tools and act as guardian of the data and reporting qualityProvide coaching of epic delivery owners where requiredAssist in the creation of reporting documents and presentationsLead specific analysis requested by ManagementQualifications
Proven experience in project / programme management, preferably within a cyber security or IT environment.Strong understanding of portfolio management and agile methodologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including ability to analyse large data setsProficiency in project management tools and software.Experience in creating powerful presentations for Senior ManagementKnowledge in the following areas is a benefit
IT organizations, security aspects, teams and projectsPMO / Project Analyst or Coordinator experience and understanding of project managementExperience in providing service to internal stakeholdersFamiliarized with planning tools like MS ProjectPractical experience with PowerBIKnowledge in one or several Cyber Security domainsPersonal Skills
