Chapter London Bridge will be opening in September 2025. Role Purpose : We are looking for an exceptional Senior Chef to join our opening team! The opening Senior Chef will be responsible for day-to-day kitchen operations of the whole site.

This will involve leading a small team, ensuring standards are maintained across all food outlets.

You will be in charge of H&S compliance and kitchen administration duties.
