Job Title : Lead Clinician (Occupational Therapist, Practitioner Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist)
Location : Miller House School, Leicestershire, LE4 5LQ
Hours : 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am 4.30pm
Salary : Up to £60,000 (FTE, DOE) plus £5000 Welcome Bonus(Welcome Bonus is payable as one payment of £2,500 after completion of one month and one further payment of £2,500upon completion of your final probation period. T&C's Apply

Essential : Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle

This is why we aim to have a multidisciplinary clinical team for each of our sites to provide this vital provision in collaboration with our education teams, creating a holistic environment where our pupils can truly flourish.
About The Role
We currently have an opportunity for a Lead Clinician to join our Clinical Team. The post holder will line manage and lead the multi-disciplinary team and work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as they expand their clinical provision, making a real difference and implementing a holistic, therapeutic approach.
You will be responsible for holding a caseload alongside other clinicians, with the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable Clinical Team, you will also contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. Both a challenging and rewarding role, this position would suit a resilient and enthusiastic individual, with a therapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions, as well as manage their own workload.
