Main duties and responsibilities :

  • Ensure good customer service for all guests and support your team to do the same.

  • Work with reception staff to show guests to their seats.
  • Carry food and drink to tables and ensure a seamless service.
  • Provide a good experience for guests.
  • Take food and drink orders from customers.
  • Manage your team to aid in the delivery of service.
  • Train new staff members.
  • Manage customer concerns or complaints.
  • Perform opening and closing duties.
  • Ensure staff are content with excellent leadership and strong communication skills.
