Senior Associate / Partner – Commercial Property -Birmingham City Centre

Location : Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid Working)

Firm : Multi-office Legal 500 Law Firm

Position : Senior Associate / Salaried Partner (DOE)

PQE : 7+ years

Salary : £72,000 – £85,000 + benefits

We are working with a highly regarded multi-office Legal 500 firm seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Associate or Salaried Partner to join their well-established Commercial Property team in central Birmingham .

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded lawyer to step into a senior leadership role, driving forward the department’s growth and development while supervising junior lawyers and managing a varied and high-quality caseload.

Key Responsibilities :

Transactional Work –

• Drafting, negotiating and completing leases, licences, agreements for lease and related documentation
• Acting for SMEs in the purchase and sale of commercial property
• Advising bridging lenders and other lenders in secured property finance matters
• Acting for Receivers, Liquidators, and Administrators on property sales
• Handling property aspects of corporate transactions (e.g. share sales, mergers, restructures)
• Conducting property due diligence, reviewing title, leases, searches, etc.
