Looking for a GTM Engineer to 10× our Outbound Pipeline at Tilt

What you’ll own :

Full-funnel prospecting & call-scheduling for our AEs

Hitting stretch KPIs with weekly scorecards (we’ll partner to help you win)

Owning tooling strategy—budget for Clay and more, as long as you prove ROI

How we’ll hire :

We’ll shortlist 5 candidates in the next two weeks

You’ll compete over one month to drive actual leads (paid at full OTE terms)

The top performer wins the permanent role—and one of the highest comps at Tilt

Even if you’re not selected full-time, our startup & VC network means strong referrals

2. Reach out to Yusuf Raza, Strategy & Ops manager as a potential seller you want to bring onboard

3. Use AI to craft your pitch (hint : Yusuf's WhatsApp is publicly available )

4. Attach your CV / LinkedIn + a couple of paragraphs pitching yourself
