CNC Machinist

CNC MACHINIST We are recruiting for a CNC Machinist to work for our client who are based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. THE DUTIES OF A CNC MACHINIST :

• Set and operate CNC Milling and Turning machines.
• Read technical drawings
• Running machines on Fanuc controls
• Work with various materials
• Inspection of parts using measuring equipment ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS :
• Fanuc controls knowledge preferred but not essential
• Multi axis / spindle knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• CNC Miller trained. THE HOURS : hours are 37.5 (inclusive of paid breaks), rotating shifts as follows :
• Monday – Thursday 06.00 – 14.00 (earlies) / 13.45 – 10.00 (lates)
• Fridays – 06.00 – 11.30 (earlies) / 11.15 – 15.45 (lates) THE PAY : You will earn an annual salary of up to £32k if qualified / competent / plus a 17.22% shift allowance Questech Recruitment is a specialist engineering support within the Mechanical & Engineering industry, our focus is to support many clients within the M&E Sectors.
