Job description

We are hiring Pharmacists to join a dynamic healthcare team across various settings in the various healthcare institutions. If you are passionate about patient care, collaborative practice, and advancing medication safety, we welcome you to apply!

Available Settings :

Specialized Outpatient Clinics (SOCs)
Inpatient Wards
Step-Down Care / Community Healthcare Centres
Retail Pharmacies

Job Duties :

Accurately prepare and dispense medications according to physicians’ prescriptions and institutional protocols.

Educate patients on medication use, dosage, side effects, and proper storage — ensuring informed and safe usage.

Maintain accurate records of dispensing activities and support medication supply chain workflows.

Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals to resolve medication-related queries and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Requirements :

Degree in Pharmacy from a recognised institution

Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) or eligible for registration
