We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team.

The role involves handling initial inquiries and incidents reported by customers, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues such as password resets, software installations, and providing support for software and hardware.

The successful applicant will have a good understanding of networking and Microsoft 365, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

The candidate should have a good working knowledge of the following areas :

  • Microsoft 365 (Email, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Active Directory
  • DNS, DHCP, File & Print
  • Windows 10 & 11 support
  • Microsoft Office Applications

It would be advantageous to have knowledge in :

  • Virtualization technologies
  • Switching & Firewall technologies
  • Backup software for Servers and Microsoft 365
  • 3CX Telephone systems

    Holiday Entitlement : 25 Days (Pro-rated) plus Bank Holidays.
