Corporate Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Stockport, up to £75,000 (DOE) – My client is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial legal professional to join their thriving corporate team and help shape the future of the team. JOB REF : 0307.
nTHE ROLE :
- You will lead and manage complex corporate transactions including mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters.
- You’ll have direct client contact, develop business, and play a key role in strategic decision-making within the firm.
