Recruitment Consultant

Meraki Talent is currently recruiting for a new position within our Accountancy & Finance division for a new Recruitment Consultant to start with us in the new year in Edinburgh.

Since our inception in and leading up to our 10th anniversary, we are now a team of 50+ staff with everyone in the business specialising in a specific discipline.

Each Consultant in the business is a specialist recruiter with our divisions split into markets such as Accountancy & Finance, Financial Services, HR, IT / Tech, Professional Services and International.

Our Accountancy & Finance team consists of 20 Consultants between our Edinburgh, Glasgow, and London offices. We work with a wide range of businesses within Commerce & Industry, the private and public sectors, and Public Practice firms (accountancy firms).

The role :

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual keen to become an out and out specialist. The position available within our Accountancy & Finance division will specifically focus on tax positions with our clients in both Commerce & Industry and Public Practice.

You will collaborate with candidates from Manager grade upwards to Director level and other senior level leadership positions in businesses across the UK.

This is not a cold desk, this desk is currently managed by others in the team but due to an increase in demand, the desk is now at a point where a dedicated team member is required to run with this %.

There is an option to run a hybrid desk between Permanent and Contract candidates, but the vast majority of positions filled be permanent positions.

Experience :

Although no experience is necessary, a recruitment or sales background would be helpful. Full training will be provided.
