We are looking for an excellent PRU Teaching Assistant to join one of our most reputable schools in Enfied North London. As a PRU Teaching Assistant you will be providing a fostering and positive approach to teaching as well as managing behaviour and adhering to safeguarding principles. For this role you will be supporting a year 4 classroom, students may display quite challenging behaviour so your experience in de-escalating challenging situations will play a vital part in your day-day position.

Ideal Candidate :

• Design and deliver personalised lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our Year 4 students with special needs.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with autism, speech and language difficulties, and other complex needs.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
• Demonstrate safeguarding practices to ensure that highest level of pupil welfare is maintained
