We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Manager to make an impact at RSM UK.

We are seeking an ambitious Manager to join our growing Due Diligence team, focusing on Financial Services sector deals. The role involves executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions and supporting new business development.

The Transaction Services team is highly regarded, specializing in advising on business acquisitions and investments, typically valued between £20m and £500m.

This role offers an exciting opportunity in Corporate Finance and Transaction Services, where you will lead financial due diligence projects and contribute to the business’s growth.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Assisting with client acceptance and engagement processes.
  • Conducting financial analysis and interpreting outputs.
  • Identifying key deal issues and providing commercial insights.
  • Drafting and reviewing reports and team members' work.
  • Liaising with clients, target companies, and professional advisors.

Candidate requirements :

  • Previous experience in Transaction Services or due diligence.
  • Experience with TMT sector deals and a desire to focus on this sector.
  • Exposure to various transaction types and sizes.
  • High accuracy, diligence, and integrity.
  • Strong technical skills with knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Ideally, a professional accountancy qualification.
